Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Café Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food & beverage management, team leadership, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day café operations and staff performance Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent quality and service Monitor sales, control costs, and help meet revenue targets Create staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage Requirements: Proven experience as a Café/Restaurant Manager or similar role Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and customer service best practices Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of inventory software Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
