CAD Specialist

You will be responsible for creating 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models based on project requirements. Your role will involve interpreting design sketches, specifications, and conceptual ideas into detailed drawings with precision and accuracy. It is essential to ensure that all drawings are consistent, accurate, and adhere to project standards and industry regulations. Additionally, you will need to revise and update CAD files as necessary to reflect design changes or client feedback. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and designers to coordinate design details will be a key aspect of your work. Maintaining organized drawing records and project documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. You may also be required to assist in preparing presentation layouts and visualizations when needed. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Prior experience as a CAD Specialist, CAD Technician, or Draftsman is essential. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is required. Attention to detail, accuracy, knowledge of design principles, technical standards, and construction methods are crucial for this position. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is important. Excellent communication and teamwork skills will also be beneficial. Preferred qualifications include experience in CAD software, knowledge of 3D rendering tools, familiarity with local building codes, and technical regulations. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
