Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preparation and Review of Financial Statement related workings,

Regulatory Filings of Returns incl. RBI Returns,

Liaising with Statutory and Internal Auditors,

Liaising and submission of information to RBI for specific matters with Income Tax consultant,

Preparing / Reviewing MIS's for Collections, Branch Wise Profitability, Budgets and its comparison with Actual performance, Monthly Closure MIS.

Compliances of Income tax Laws.

Taking care and support to senior management for non-recurring events such as GST Audits, Income tax Notices, RBI Inspections, Ex-gratia etc.
Support the senior management for setting up policies, procedures and review mechanism

Preparing/ Reviewing data submission with other departments

Various kind of data's for analysis of Financial Statements

Helping hands for the specific tasks carried by the team
