Inspect and identify devices i.e (mobile phones, laptops, desktops, iPads).
• Check the condition of devices, identify issues, and determine whether they can be resold or need repairs.
• Work with vendors to sell devices and ensure the best price.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and manage the liquidation of devices.
• Lead and train a team to efficiently handle the buyback process, device evaluation, and repair tasks.
• Ensure the team understands best practices and delivers high-quality results.
• Track performance metrics such as device volume, profit margins, and repair outcomes.
• Report progress and results to management.
• Communicate with customers about the buyback process, offering competitive pricing and answering any questions.
Understanding of mobile phones, laptops, desktops, and iPads.
• Proven experience in repairing and diagnosing cell phones and laptops.
• Strong analytical skills for pricing and value assessment.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage relationships.
• Experience in training and managing a team.
• Excellent communication and team training abilities.
• Ability to identify market trends and optimize trade-in values.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and fix issues.
