Business Support Executive

As a Business Support Executive at Hire one's Solution, you will be an integral part of our team in the Textile industry based in Erode. Your role will involve a variety of tasks to support the business functions effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include sales and business development activities such as prospecting new clients, nurturing relationships, and assisting in sales-related tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing data by updating databases, generating reports, and analyzing information to support decision-making processes. Customer service is a key aspect of this role, where you will be expected to deliver exceptional service, address customer complaints, and cultivate strong customer relationships. Efficient client communication is also vital, involving responding to inquiries via phone and email, as well as providing detailed information about our products and services. You will be involved in the preparation of various reports including sales reports, performance evaluations, and other business documents. Supporting sales efforts by assisting in presentations, proposal preparation, and follow-ups with potential clients will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, your role will entail resolving customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex matters to higher authorities when necessary.
