Business Process Analyst

Role & responsibilities

1. Process Modeling & Mapping Use tools such as BusinessOptix and Visio to create detailed process models and diagrams Utilize Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) to ensure standardization in the process flows Leverage BusinessOptix to create work instructions, house completed process documentation, input performance metrics, create RACI charts and other outputs to assist our Business Leaders in the efficient running of their processes 2. Process Analysis and Improvement Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Develop and assist with the implementation of strategies and workstreams to optimize business processes Generate reports that summarize findings and provide actionable insights to stakeholders 3. Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and ensure accurate process documentation Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding

Preferred candidate profile

Work Mode- Hybrid - BLR

Shift timing Night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
