Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the team to develop employee relations solutions. - Propose enhancements in processes and procedures for greater efficiency. - Offer guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues. - Assist in creating and managing employee engagement programs. - Contribute to improving the overall effectiveness of the employee relations function through teamwork. Minimum Qualifications: - At least 2 years of relevant work experience. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
