Business Manager (Female Candidates Only)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing major areas of the business including business operations, and administration functions. In order to succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and Coordinate with Clients/Manufacturers for Business Support
• Generating Purchase Orders/Invoices for vendors/clients
• Qualities we are looking for: Willingness to learn new skills and polish existing skills, quick learner, positive attitude and tech-savvy, team management & team building skills.
• Supervise staff in all areas of the business
• Coordinate orientation of new staff and ongoing training and education of our current staff
• Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• General business skills including staff development, and training
• Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment
• Language Proficiency: English (Written & verbal)
• Computer Literacy: MS Office, Emailing
• Working knowledge of Tally is an advantage
