Key Responsibilities: Training Program: Participate in a structured on-the-job training program to understand the organization's operations, client servicing strategies, and business development techniques. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to stay informed about the market landscape. Client Interaction: Shadow and assist senior team members in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to develop a thorough understanding of client interactions. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gain insights into cross-functional operations and develop a holistic understanding of the organization. Branding and Promotion Support: Assist in the development of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and client acquisition initiatives. Performance Evaluation: Regularly undergo performance evaluations to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Career Advancement: Based on successful completion of the training program and demonstrated performance, transition into higher roles with responsibilities such as team management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
