BUSINESS HEAD (ALL VERTICALS)

We are hiring a dynamic Business Head to lead our commercial vehicle dealership operations. The role involves managing end-to-end business functions, including sales, service, operations, and profitability.

• Lead sales, service, and operations teams to meet business targets
• Plan and execute strategies for market growth and customer retention
• Monitor budgets, P&L, and ensure cost control
• Build strong relationships with OEMs (e.g. Ashok Leyland, MAHINDRA.ETC ..)
• Mentor team leaders, review performance, and ensure high team morale
• 10–20 years experience in automobile industry
• Proven leadership in commercial vehicle dealership or sales management
• Strong business acumen and understanding of local market
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM/DMS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
