RAD Technologies is expanding to the next level, and we’re on the lookout for young, creative, and energetic MBA graduates who are passionate about business growth. Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, and marketing. No need for the payment for internship. However, candidates who perform well will be provided with a stipend after one month, Outstanding performers will be offered a full-time position as Business Development Officer.
Eligibility:
Fresh MBA graduates
Immediate joiners preferred
Strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through research and outreach
Promote the company’s services to generate leads and close deals
Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person)
Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Achieve weekly and monthly business development targets
Prepare and present proposals and service decks as needed
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Track market trends and competitor activities
Represent the company in business events or meetings when required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
