Business Development Manager

Greetings from the ZUCOL Group! We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team at TAMEDA Realty in Gurugram / NCR. As a Business Development Manager at TAMEDA Realty, you will play a crucial role in engaging, qualifying, and converting leads in the Gurgaon real estate market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers, driving end-to-end sales cycles, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. TAMEDA Realty is a forward-thinking real estate advisory and portfolio management firm committed to ethical, transparent, and insight-driven real estate consulting. Led by IIT alumni, we cater to premium investors and end-users across NCR by providing curated property options and expert advice. As a Business Development Manager, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, preferably in Gurgaon/NCR. A Graduate/MBA qualification with a deep understanding of sales, negotiation, and client handling is preferred. You should have a strong command over English communication, with Hindi fluency considered a plus. Being well-groomed, self-motivated, and committed to working in a performance-driven environment is essential. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging, qualifying, and converting leads, maintaining and updating the CRM, building relationships with clients and developers, coordinating site visits, and ensuring smooth execution of deals. You will be expected to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, stay updated on market trends, and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you must be comfortable working 6 days a week, including Sundays, and own a vehicle for client meetings and site visits.
