We are hiring business development manager.

· Leverage existing corporate connections to generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
· Understand client needs and offer customized chocolate gifting solutions for HR gifting, festive gifting, and employee rewards.
· Build strong relationships with decision-makers in HR, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing departments.
· Drive end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation and closing deals.
· Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction.
· Represent the brand at corporate events, expos, and networking meets.
