Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven MBA Sales & Marketing fresher to join our IT consulting sales team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to develop expertise in IT solutions sales. Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement. 2) Market Research: Analyse industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies. 3) Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, present IT consulting solutions, and schedule meetings with senior sales representatives. 4) Sales Pitch & Presentation: Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals. 5) Should be open to travel in Pune location for Client Visit. Skills & Qualifications: 1)Expperince in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2)Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3)Basic understanding of IT consulting services and technology trends.
