Responsibilities & Duties Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. Leading and mentoring a team to ensure collective success in reaching business goals. Creating compelling proposals, presentations, and bids for potential projects and clients. Conducting thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Managing and optimizing lead generation strategies across multiple channels to grow the business. Developing international client relationships to expand our reach. Helping team members improve their sales skills to meet targets. Monitoring and analysing sales performance to ensure objectives are met. Collaborating with other departments to align business development strategies with company goals. Skill-set we are looking for Soft Skills: Effective Communication Skills Client Engagement Skills Strong Decision-Making Abilities Proficient Networking Skills Team Leadership Skills Strategic Thinking Abilities Technical Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. 4+ years of relevant experience in IT business development. Proven experience in managing bidding processes and international client interactions. Experience with Bidding Platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer. International Client Communication. Understanding of IT services and technology stacks. Lead Generation. Crafting and delivering impactful proposals. Preferred Skills: RFP proposals and government tendering.
