• Identify, research, and target new business opportunities in line with company goals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.• Prepare and present business proposals, customized pitches, and pricing strategies.• Drive the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to deal closure.• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote the brand.• Track business development performance and prepare regular reports for leadership.• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients or partners.• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
