Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our aluminium doors and windows division. This role involves coordinating sales teams, fostering client relationships, and driving growth in the fenestration sector. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative environment. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, and developers. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations to offer clients the best solutions.
