About the Role:

Property Consultant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various online/offline channels, field activities, and referrals.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties or investment options.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for smooth sales execution.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
  • Stay updated with market trends, project details, and competitors.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking meets as needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (plots/residential/commercial).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
