Skytech Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a target-oriented and dynamic Counselling Sales Manager (CSM) to join our team in Ranchi.

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Experience: 1 to 5 Years in Sales / Counselling / Education
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on aviation and related training programs
Handle walk-ins, follow-ups, and convert inquiries into enrollments
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and conversions
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or academic counselling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and performance-driven
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting targets
Immediate joiners will be preferred
