We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM ) to lead sales and distribution in the Kottayam and Pathanamthitta region. Candidates must have a strong FMCG background with proven skills in distributor management and market development. Key Responsibilities: Appoint and manage distributors and retail partners Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution. Ensure product availability and visibility in key outlets. Conduct market visits to gather insights and monitor competitors. Coordinate with internal teams for orders, stock, and dispatches. Execute local promotions and marketing activities. Ensure timely collections and credit compliance.
