Role & responsibilities This role requires deep industry knowledge, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills to drive growth, forge partnerships, and enhance market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in automotive electronics , including OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders to facilitate customer B2B on boarding for the manufacturing of automotive electronics products Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and R&D for product development and customization. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential clients. Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators to refine growth strategies. Stay up-to-date with automotive regulations, trends, and technological advancements . Skills Required: Proven track record in business development/sales within the automotive electronics industry . Strong understanding of automotive electronics, embedded systems, and connected vehicle technologies . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Experience: Experience working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or automotive technology firms . Knowledge of EV technology, ADAS, infotainment systems, or IoT integration in vehicles .
