Location : Pune (Wakad), Maharashtra

Salary : ₹ 8,000 to ₹ 10,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team and assist in managing and converting online inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential students, providing course information, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage incoming online inquiries related to course offerings.
• Provide comprehensive information about courses, study programs, and offerings.
• Assist potential students in making informed decisions about enrolling in courses.
• Follow up with leads and work on converting them into successful enrollments.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
• Address any questions or concerns regarding courses and provide solutions promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple inquiries at the same time.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in using online communication tools (email, chat, video calls).
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet targets.
