Job Description

Job Title : Business Development Executive Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive/Manager specializing in US Staffing, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships within the staffing industry. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering staffing solutions to clients across various industries. Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients who require staffing solutions, with a focus on organizations operating within the same. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets within the US staffing industry. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands related to staffing services. Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and differentiate offerings. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and RFP responses to prospective clients, outlining staffing solutions, pricing structures, and service offerings. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives and standards. Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment teams, account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions and exceptional client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record of success in business development within the US staffing industry. Strong understanding of staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various organizational levels. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute initiatives to achieve business objectives. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to staffing and employment practices. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
