Business Development Executive (Trainee/Intern)

About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in business development or marketing to get direct exposure to working with top management. You’ll play a vital role in lead generation, appointment setting, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through web research, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Execute cold outreach campaigns and set appointments
• Maintain CRM systems with lead information and follow-ups
• Collaborate with marketing on collateral creation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work directly under the mentorship of senior leadership

What We Expect:

• BBA/BMS or Marketing graduate preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Basic understanding of CRM & sales tools
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and well-organized
