Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead Generation Prepare a database of potential customers by mining data through various sources online and offline (field visits, trade fairs, networking events and marketing campaigns) Visit the customers as per the generated database and understand the current infrastructure, specified and potential needs Present the company information and entire product range to customers Identify key decision makers at customers and work towards scheduling meetings of seniors with them Sales Attend to customer enquiries Understand the requirements of customers Coordinate with the sales support team to develop appropriate quotations Ensure closures of orders Post Sales Activities Ensure customers are receiving the deliveries on time Keep customer updated of delivery status Answer to any customer queries or complaints Provide any technical assistance as required by the client Follow up with customers for recovery of funds Coordinating with accounts department for resolving queries pertaining to recovery of funds Ensure funds are recovered as per schedule Sales Operations Share daily visit plan Provide visit & enquiry data Update visit reports and update in CRM Key Result Areas Lead Generation Sales Post Sales Activities Sales Operations
