TechRBM is a fast-growing IT services and consulting firm delivering innovative technology solutions and staffing services. We are expanding our presence in the US market and seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build client relationships, and grow revenue across North America. Key Responsibilities: • Identify new business opportunities in the US market for IT services, consulting, and staffing solutions. • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking. • Schedule meetings, conduct discovery calls, and deliver client presentations. • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and track sales pipeline in CRM tools. • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry best practices. Key Requirements: • Proven experience (25 years) in business development or sales, preferably for US IT staffing/services. • Strong understanding of US IT landscape and client expectations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools. • Willingness to work in EST/PST time zones. Preferred: • Experience working with MSPs, VMS, or direct clients in the US market. • Prior experience in selling managed IT services, cloud, software development, or digital transformation.
