Job Description

1. Prospect Identification & CRM Usage

  • Monthly Target

    : Identify and build a pipeline of

    qualified prospects

    each month.
  • Initial Support

    : A starting set of leads will be provided.
  • Database Management

    :
    • Continuously grow and manage your own prospect database.
    • Update and maintain all lead and prospect information accurately in the CRM tool.
  • Outreach

    :
    • Actively reach out to prospects via

      LinkedIn

      and other professional platforms.
    • Attend industry events

      to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Leverage Past Experience

    : Utilize previous industry contacts and knowledge for prospecting and lead generation.

2. Client Meetings

  • Weekly Client Meetings

    :
    • Schedule and facilitate

      weekly meetings

      with management and potential clients in the

      UK or Europe or India

      .
    • Take ownership of

      in-person meetings with clients based in India

      .
    • Ensure meeting outcomes are documented and followed up diligently.

3. Proposal Pitching

  • First-Level Qualification

    :
    • Present and pitch companys

      technology services and solutions

      to prospects.
    • Conduct initial qualification and discovery discussions.
  • Evolving Offerings

    :
    • Stay updated on new services such as:
      • Enterprise IT Services

      • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

      • AI-based solutions

    • Support in

      pitching these evolving services

      to new and existing clients.

4. Sales Targets

  • Client Conversion Goal

    :
    • Drive

      at least 2 new client conversations every month

      aimed at generating a

      minimum business value of 50,000

    • Track progress against targets and provide regular updates.

5. Customer Engagement & Satisfaction

  • Customer Relationship Management

    :
    • Proactively engage with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
