Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or interns with a background in marketing or civil engineering to gain real-world experience in sales and client relations in the luxury lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients including architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners.
• Promote our range of premium lighting products to prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the brand.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement business strategies.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, and client engagement
• Basic understanding of lighting products (training will be provided)
• Passion for design, architecture, and aesthetics is a plus
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (with interest in interior or architectural sales)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
