About the job: Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms, along with strong skills in social media sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, submitting proposals, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships through online channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and bid on projects via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. 2. Generate and convert leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram 3. Write tailored proposals and communicate with clients globally 4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships 5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions 6. Report on sales performance and opportunities Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales (online platforms preferred) 2. Strong written and verbal English communication 3. Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms and social media outreach 4. Familiarity with digital marketing or IT services is a plus 5.
