Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through smart research, outbound outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects across Europe and other international markets.
  • Set up meetings and discovery call for the Business Development team with potential clients.
  • Use industry-standard lead gen tools and platforms to build prospect lists, monitor engagement, and optimize outreach.
  • This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the front-ending sales team and be actively involved in the end-to-end sales cycle, providing broader exposure and growth across the sales function.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools for accurate tracking and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, email outreach, and setting appointments.
  • Exposure to international sales, preferably the EU market.
  • Background in Product or Services industry.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, data-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.
