Role & responsibilities

Identify and generate qualified leads through smart research, outbound outreach, and email campaigns.
Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects across Europe and other international markets.
Set up meetings and discovery call for the Business Development team with potential clients.
Use industry-standard lead gen tools and platforms to build prospect lists, monitor engagement, and optimize outreach.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the front-ending sales team and be actively involved in the end-to-end sales cycle, providing broader exposure and growth across the sales function.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Maintain and update CRM tools for accurate tracking and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

2-6 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, email outreach, and setting appointments.
Exposure to international sales, preferably the EU market.
Background in Product or Services industry.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, data-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.
