Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other potential clients. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Present company products and solutions to potential clients and stakeholders. Work with engineering and production teams to develop customized wiring harness solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote the company. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline reports using CRM software. Provide feedback to product development and engineering teams for continuous improvement. Preferred candidate profile 1. Automotive Industry Preferred 2. Wiring Harness experienced 3. OEM Sales experienced 4. B2B Sales experienced 5. Lead Generation 6. Electrical Engineering Basics 7.Experience dealing with OEMs or Tier 1 automotive suppliers. 8.Familiarity with ISO/TS16949 or IATF 16949 standards. 9.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive or electrical manufacturing sector. Knowledge of wiring harness components, specifications, and manufacturing processes is a plus. Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
