Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the educational sector.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience:

  1 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the educational sector.

• Skills:

  Strong educational sales and B2C sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Work Ethic:

  Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

• Location:

  Willingness to work in Noida, Lucknow, or Kanpur.

• Work Schedule:

  Ability to work night shifts as required.

• Work Mode:

  Hybrid work model, combining both remote and in-office work.

• Employment Type:

  Full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 2,00,000.
