Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Advise on best practices for client engagement and retention.
Make 100-150 calls per day to generate leads and set appointments.
Achieve a target of 7-10 qualified leads per day.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales processes and strategies.
Dial for campaigns focused on the North American market.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of total experience in sales, with at least 3 years in B2B sales.
Strong communication skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets and sales goals.
Educational background: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Current or previous designation in inside sales or lead generation roles.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Availability to join within 15-30 days of notice.
