Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth and revenue by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and maintaining existing customer satisfaction. The BDE will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Research and understand market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Maintain and update the CRM database with all prospect information and communication.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
