Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless client experience.
Maintain and regularly update the client database to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize engagement and retention.
Conduct visits to industrial plants, client sites, and business locations as required for meetings and relationship building.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits across industrial areas.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler (bike) and driving license.
Must own a personal laptop for work purposes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a non-target-pressure environment.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
