Job Description

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls

    to prospective clients or candidates to introduce the companys services/products
  • Generate leads

    through cold calling, follow-ups, and networking
  • Search and compile databases

    of potential clients or contacts using search engines, directories, and online platforms
  • Coordinate with the field/ground team

    to provide them with leads, data, and backend support
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM or Excel sheets
  • Understand customer requirements and pass qualified leads to the concerned team
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field (Graduates preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, telecalling, or lead generation (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
  • Strong communication and convincing skills (both verbal and written)
  • Good knowledge of using

    Google Search

    ,

    Excel

    , and basic

    CRM tools

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be organized, energetic, and result-oriented

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience in IT, Sales, Tele calling.
  • Understanding of business development funnels and lead tracking
