We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Assistant Field Sales to support our sales and business growth initiatives in the elevator industry. This hybrid role involves attending client meetings, supporting lead generation, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will assist with client meetings, lead generation, negotiations, and coordination with internal sales team. The role involves both in-office support and on-field sales activities to pitch elevator control systems and other related products.
Conduct detailed research to identify potential Elevator companies, industry trends, and competitor products.
Analyze regional market needs to support business expansion efforts.
Prepare insights to help in targeting the right clients and segments.
Attend meetings scheduled by the Sales Coordinator to pitch elevator control systems and other distributed products.
Conduct field visits to elevator companies and potential clients to present product offerings and solutions.
Negotiate pricing and assist in finalizing quotations in coordination with the Sales and Technical team.
Lead generation, cold calling elevator companies and identifying prospective clients.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to drive repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator for prepare presentations, meeting scheduling, quote preparation, and order processing.
Ensure timely follow-up for order processing, invoice submissions, and support tasks.
Provide feedback from the field to help improve marketing and sales strategies.
Support in market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and coordinate updates between departments
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, meetings & interactions, outcomes & follow-ups in the CRM system.
Assist in preparing business development reports and client updates for management review.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on business development activities, market feedback, and progress.
Maintain detailed service reports and feedback for continuous product improvement.
Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and business expos.
Assist in organizing promotional activities or exhibitions as needed.
Network with industry professionals to create new opportunities. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Work Nature:
Hybrid Role Combination of field sales and office-based coordination.
Travel within assigned regions for meetings and client interactions.
