You will be responsible for proactively connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. Your role will involve engaging with leads, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. Connect with potential clients to understand their learning goals and career aspirations. Own the end-to-end proposal process, from identifying customer needs to delivering tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Qualifications: - A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 1 year of sales experience. - Familiarity with CRM tools like LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc., is an advantage. - Excellent communication skills - persuasive, clear, and professional. Skills Required: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. 3. Confidence in pitching products to potential clients. 4.
