Business Development Associate (B2B)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate . In this role, you will play a key part in expanding Leverage Edu's partner network by cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with coaching centers, affiliates, schools, and colleges within your assigned territory.

As a frontline representative of our growth efforts, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential partnerships, onboarding new partners, and equipping them to drive quality student leads to our offline experience centers. Your success will lie in your ability to understand partner needs, communicate Leverage Edu's value proposition effectively, and generate a consistent pipeline of leads through local engagement and on-ground activation.

What You Bring:

1.Bachelors degree (MBA or PGDM preferred, but not mandatory).

2.2-5 years of experience in B2B business development, institutional sales, or EdTech partnerships.

3.Proven track record in building and managing education-sector partnerships.

4.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

6.Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

7.Prior experience in the EdTech, study abroad, test prep, or higher education domain.

8.Existing network of school/college/affiliate contacts.

9.Comfort with frequent travel within the region.
