Join Our Pune Team as a Social Media Marketing Associate (Global B2B Events/Conferences ) Are you passionate about events and social media? We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our innovative team and help drive engagement for exciting events! Office Location- Koregaon Park, Pune | Timing: 10am-7pm (Mon-Fri, Onsite) Please note: There is a defined salary bracket for this role. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to promote our events and engage with our audience across various platforms. Create compelling content , including posts, videos, and graphics, to drive awareness and attendance for our events. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to enhance our brand presence and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including marketing, design, and event management, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of social media efforts. Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize strategies and achieve measurable results. Requirements: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven 1-2 years experience in managing social media accounts for brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and an ability to create engaging content. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in social media analytics tools and techniques.
