Role & responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from our product range
Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets
Maintain detailed records of all interactions using CRM tools
Research market trends and competitors, especially in the
U.S. hotel furniture
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written English)
Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics
