Business Developer

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in IT .
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to the client's needs.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and other internal teams.
• Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products/services.
• Attend industry conferences, meetings, and other networking events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate Joiner Preferred
