Job Description

The Business Consultant role at Adobe in Bengaluru offers you the exceptional opportunity to shape the digital future of clients by combining your deep business expertise with insights from digital analytics. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and implement strategies to help them achieve their ambitious objectives. Your responsibilities will include gaining a comprehensive understanding of client website architecture, business models, and marketing strategies, conducting thorough research to identify client problem statements, and prioritizing issues based on impact and feasibility. You will make recommendations to influence clients" digital strategies, collect and document business requirements, and support the implementation process alongside technical consultants and developers. As the primary business owner of Adobe Analytics & Target implementation, you will utilize tools such as Adobe Analytics and Target to derive digital insights, set up key business-impacting campaigns, and support clients with reporting, dashboarding, and analysis requirements. Additionally, you will develop detailed wireframes, enhance clients" analytics maturity, and communicate analyses and strategies effectively using the Microsoft Office suite. To excel in this role, you should have 6-8 years of relevant experience in web analytics and personalization, a strong grasp of online marketing and digital technologies, proficiency in web analytics tools and advanced reporting, and exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Your ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, stay self-motivated, and demonstrate a problem-solving attitude will be key to your success.
