Job Description

As a Business Analyst in the Finance domain at Ramco Systems, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of financial modules within an ERP system. Your role will involve active participation in product development, implementation, and post-go-live support to ensure alignment with customer requirements and industry standards. You will need to possess a combination of financial expertise, project management skills, and a customer service focus to excel in this dynamic position. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the product roadmap for financial modules, identifying and prioritizing new features based on customer feedback, compliance needs, and competitive analysis, ensuring adoption of the latest technological advancements in ERP systems, collaborating with internal teams and customers to gather and analyze financial requirements, translating business needs into user stories and technical specifications, providing guidance to development teams, ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations, overseeing end-to-end implementation of ERP finance modules, assisting in data migration activities, developing training materials, conducting user training sessions, configuring and testing ERP modules, acting as the primary point of contact for ERP finance module queries, and staying updated on advancements in regulations, technology, and finance innovations. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for finance and technology, exceptional analytical abilities, adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to engage effectively with clients, and a willingness to travel internationally as needed.
