Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage business analysis activities for ERP and enterprise software projects.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Engage with both Indian and international clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
Prepare functional specifications, business cases, gap analyses, and user stories.
Lead client meetings, product demos, UAT sessions, and provide functional support during implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, development, QA, and support teams.
Utilize
Power BI
for functional reporting and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Drive project planning, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
Manage and mentor junior business analysts or team members (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
5 years
of experience in business analysis and project management roles, preferably in the ERP/enterprise software domain.
Strong understanding of business processes across various domains (finance, inventory, manufacturing, etc.).
Experience working with
Indian and international clients
.
Proficiency in
Power BI
for functional reporting and business insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
