Business Analyst (Fresher)

As a Business Analyst (Fresher) at our IT department in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting project planning, requirement gathering, and client communications. Your responsibilities will include assisting in documenting business and technical requirements, creating process flows and documentation, coordinating between teams for project execution, preparing test cases, and conducting market research. You will work closely with senior BAs to support client meetings and internal discussions, ensuring smooth project execution and maintaining project trackers and reports. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and analytical skills, have a basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology, and be proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Being a quick learner with a proactive approach is essential, and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence is preferred. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a degree in B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech (IT/CS) or MBA (IT/Business Analytics) with an academic performance of 70% and above. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work in person at our Ahmedabad office. Fluency in English is required for this role.
