As a Manager of MEAN Stack Development, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of talented developers. You should be a strong technical leader with a successful track record in delivering high-quality web applications using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, Node.js) stack. Your role will involve a combination of technical expertise, team management skills, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects while ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering an innovative team environment. Your responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and managing a team of MEAN Stack developers to support their professional growth and technical expertise. Additionally, you will be responsible for project management, including planning, organizing, and executing MEAN Stack development projects within budget and on schedule. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 12 years of experience in software development and strong expertise in the MEAN Stack. Experience in technical leadership or management roles, along with deep understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, and NoSQL databases, is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms, containerization technologies, CI/CD pipelines, open-source projects, performance optimization, and security best practices. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, are essential for this role.,
