As a Jewelry Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers both in the showroom and online. You will greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and provide expert advice on suitable jewelry selections. Your role will involve explaining product features, craftsmanship, and pricing, while staying updated on the latest jewelry styles and trends. You will be required to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Maintaining a deep knowledge of the jewelry collection, including materials, design, and value, will be essential. Additionally, you will play a key role in keeping the showroom well-presented with attractive and organized displays. To drive sales and revenue, you will work towards achieving individual and team targets, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals effectively. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and building relationships with clients to encourage repeat business will be crucial aspects of your role. In terms of inventory management, you will conduct stock checks, assist with inventory control, and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Following up with customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction and providing excellent customer service will be integral to the position. This is a full-time role that requires you to work in person at the designated location.
