Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in used car sales or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain a network of contacts within the community to promote the bank's services.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in used car sales or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
