Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Branch Relationship Officer - Used Car with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with a focus on emerging enterprise banking and used car sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales of used cars.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch growth.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
Strong knowledge of emerging enterprise banking and used car sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with customers and understanding their needs.
